Call for bidding for the organization of the fifth edition of the African Petroleum Congress and Exhibition (CAPE V)

An international call for tenders is launched on September 23rd, 2011 by APPA Secretariat for the organization in March 2013 in Libreville (Gabon) of the fifth edition of the African Petroleum Congress and Exhibition (CAPE V).

As such, specialized firms that meet the indicated requirements are invited to withdraw from our website the complete file of the call for tenders, composed of the following:

1. The Terms of Reference;
2. A Note to bidders;
3. The presentation of the Organizing and Supervision Committee for CAPE V;
4. The Organizational Chart for the organization and supervision of CAPE V;
5. The Summary of job sharing in organization of CAPE V;
6. The draft service contract.

Applications, including all information requested and any information or helpful documents shall be deposited no later than November 14, 2011, 17:00 (GMT +1) in a sealed envelope marked as follows: "Tender for ORGANIZATION OF CAPE V, has to be opened only for evaluation meeting "at the address below.
